Eliot Spitzer's Inauguration Culinary Surprise
Rochester culinary icon makes Spitzer's inauguration menu "Garbage Plates" (a hot dog or hamburger heaped with home fries, macaroni salad, baked beans and meat sauce.)...the new Rochester Culinary Rage will be on the inauguration menu.......Silda Spitzer sampled one while campaigning and invited them to serve them up at hubby's inauguration....andy
