Faso to replace Hevesi??????
Times Herald-Record Investigation finds Hevesi must settle or be called to court
"Albany — The state Attorney General's Office has completed its investigation and state Comptroller Alan Hevesi has been told to settle or be brought to court over his use of a public employee to chauffeur his wife around after being warned against it, according to sources familiar with the probe.
Given that Hevesi also faces two criminal inquiries, a shortlist of potential replacements is circulating with candidates from across the state.'
"Even Republican gubernatorial hopeful John Faso, who was soundly defeated by Spitzer in the fall, has been said to be under consideration."
