Hevesi figured the old saying "Silence is Golden" would work best for him in the latest AP Story
FRIDAY: Comptroller Hevesi declines to testify before Albany grand ... and of course Pataki decides to punt Gov. Pataki leaves decision on Hevesi to Spitzer ........what happened to all that indignation and fire and brimstone Elmer was spouting before the election??? and finally the Daily News tells us Hevesi driver talks ........about how he was picking up some videos at the local video store/running laundry details and made a mean bed for Mrs. Hevesi.....andy
