Court of Appeals rules in favor of Spitzer interpretation on Lemon Law.......and Spitzer's Block Suit Gets Tossed........although Spitzer, now New York’s governor-elect, has said he will likely re-file the suit before the end of the year.......meanwhile the Times Record-Herald warns New Business Council chief says state is at a crisis point.....people, jobs and businesses are leaving the state.......and Doug: Days before Day 1, same old Albany .........poor Dougie...".it's the same sorry spectacle in Albany: three men in a room, negotiating and horse trading over critical public policy issues that really have nothing to do with one another. The governor wants charter schools. The governor wants civil confinement for sex criminals.
